Privacy

What we do with the information you send us.

Audio Dynamics designs and builds the Matterhorn range in Bangalore, India, and is responsible for the information collected through audiodynamicsglobal.com.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. Typefaces and images are served from this domain rather than from a font or content network, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else.

That is why there is no cookie banner. If that changes — if we add analytics, an embedded video or a booking tool — this page will say so, and anything that needs your consent will ask for it before it runs.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form.

There are two forms on this site. The enquiry form on the Listen page collects your name, email address, phone number if you give one, where you are, the model you asked about and anything you write in the message field.

The trade form on the Trade page collects your name, company, email address, country or territory, the kind of enquiry and your message.

Our host also keeps standard server logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser user-agent — as every web server does. We do not use those logs to build a picture of individual visitors.

Why we hold it

To answer you, and to route the enquiry.

We use what you send to reply to you and to arrange a demonstration or a trade discussion. Matterhorn is specified and installed by integrators, so an enquiry about a particular room is usually passed to the specialist or distributor covering your territory — that is the point of the form, and it is the one circumstance in which your details leave us. If you want to know who that is, ask and we will tell you.

Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to trade and customer enquiries. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you provide the information for the stated purpose of getting an answer.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list off the back of an enquiry.

Where it is held

Our host, and our inbox.

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Netlify processes that data on our instructions, on servers outside India and outside the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.

Once forwarded, an enquiry sits in our email system alongside the correspondence that follows it.

We keep an enquiry while the conversation is live, and afterwards while the room it concerns might still be built — in this trade that is often a matter of years rather than months. Once it is clear that nothing will come of an enquiry, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will. Server logs are kept for the short period our host retains them.

Your rights

What you can ask us to do.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to ask for your data in a portable form, and to complain to your data protection authority — the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your national supervisory authority in the EEA.

If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 also gives you the right to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and to raise a grievance with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.

Contact

Making a request.

Use this form for anything on this page — a copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion, or a question about the notice itself. It reaches us directly. We answer within 30 days, and sooner in almost every case.

If we are already corresponding with you, replying to that thread works just as well.

Audio Dynamics, Bangalore, India.

We use what you enter here only to find your details and act on the request, and we keep the request itself as the record that we did.
